WPP is looking for a passionate Junior Digital Support Engineer to support our Web and App services. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and update various systems, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage software tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Office 365.
- Respond to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support issues.
- Maintain and update client websites using content management systems (CMS) like Drupal and Umbraco.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and manage issues until resolution.
What You'll Need
- Basic understanding of web development (HTML5, CSS3).
- Experience with CMS tools and customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot, log issues, and escalate them when needed.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide 24x7 support.
