Role Description
The Data Analyst role is responsible for assisting with the development of logic and data utilizing multiple datasets. The analyst will execute projects in coordination with fellow analysts and tech team members. This role requires collaboration with other analyst teammates on maintaining and updating current and future data, as well as assisting with complex client deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop new logic and data based on business requirements
- Coordinate with the tech team on data updates and development
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc client deliverables
- Develop new systems for automation
- Maintain documentation of processes and procedures
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- Experience working with complex datasets
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Experience developing logic and data from business requirements
- Experience with claims data
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL skills
