Job Description
Zycus is looking for young and enthusiastic minds to work in our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern for 6 months (full-time). The role has potential to become full time based on individual’s performance and business requirement.
What will you learn?
- Work with business leaders and learn from our top-notch recruiting team.
- Learn how to find and hire top talent for the organization.
- Use marketing strategies to attract talent.
What will you be doing?
- Assist in campus recruitments.
- Source candidates.
- Participate in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Conduct talent market studies.
- Set up interviews with hiring managers.
- Engage with prospective candidates on social media.
Job Requirements
- BE/BBA/BSc/B.Tech graduate with MBA in HR.
- Highly creative with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to drive tasks end-to-end and follow up aggressively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Broad knowledge of candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews.
- Team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
