Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for taking up an instrumental role and helping conduct smooth operations for dedicated advisors or a team of financial advisors and staff to provide an outstanding digital experience. The specialist will assist in managing and organizing relevant digital marketing tools available as part of key marketing activities in advisors’ practices. This differentiates the advisors' presence on websites & social media platforms. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal requirements when dealing with others and performing work activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable and structure updates across multiple marketing tools being utilized as part of the process
- Maintain social media platforms (Facebook & LinkedIn) with relevant and timely posts
- Update team website when necessary
- Enable Drip Marketing & Prospecting for advisor practices through LinkedIn
- Enable relevant research and development to upscale the service support and team of analysts
- Protect Client data and confidentiality; prioritize and perform work in accordance with established processes/procedures
- Ensure effective communication and service delivery as per defined SLAs/KRAs
- Provide support in content creation and managing social media channels
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA
- 0-2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing sector as an associate/analyst
- Willing to work evening hours: 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST)
- Good communication skills - proven written and oral communication skills with client service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer-based interaction roles (written and verbal) is an added advantage
- Experience in servicing and the digital marketing sector is an added advantage
- Experience interacting with financial advisors/business partners is preferred
- Basic knowledge of financial planning & financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement services
- Experience in startups/new business setup is considered a positive
