Responsibilities
- Login time - Around 7:30 am IST.
- Ticket intake and triage; troubleshoot, diagnose, and manage application defects.
- Manage incidents from start to resolution with frequent updates and transparency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and resolve issues.
- Respond to service requests, clarify functionalities, and complete configurations.
- Follow up on support issues and liaise with Level 3 and Level 4 teams.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of software systems.
- Work on an overlap model for knowledge acquisition.
- Document operational procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
- Support on-call duties and work on weekends/public holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in the software industry or related fields.
- Understanding of SDLC and PMLC principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of client requirements and product implementation.
- Experience in ticket and queue management.
- Telecommunication industry experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of complex software system architecture and operations.
- ITIL Foundation v3 accreditation is advantageous.
- Experience with development languages and cloud technologies like AWS is a plus.
- Technical skills: Shell scripting and basic SQL.
- Knowledge of any programming language is a bonus.
