Key Responsibilities
- Help manage administrative, reporting, and repetitive tasks across regions for the Global Data Privacy team.
- Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), including searching data, acknowledging requests, investigation, and redacting files.
- Handle data breaches by investigating, following up, and updating incident reports.
- Update the Register of Processing Activities (ROPA).
- Track Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA) and assist with DPIA Committee preparations.
- Support the Chief Data Protection Officer (CDPO) with scheduling, minutes, tracking actions, and managing communications.
- Monitor and follow up on new regulations and compliance action plans.
- Participate actively in global and local projects within the Data Privacy team.
- Assist with the administration of the Global Data Privacy program.
Required Skills and Abilities
- University Degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate, with Law as one of the subjects.
- Fluency in English (oral and drafting).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Abilities
- Experience as a junior data privacy counsel.
- Legal background with specialization in data protection preferred.
- Knowledge of Data Protection Regulation.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
