Job Description Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and improve one of PayPal's marquee products. The SMB Product Analytics team partners with the SMB Business organization to solve various business problems, contributing to PayPal's top-line growth and ensuring a secure customer experience.
Your Way to Impact
- You are hyper-analytical, intellectually honest, and passionate about data and testing (e.g., A/B experimentation).
- Motivated and results-oriented, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- You will take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SMB Product health.
- You believe in data-driven decisions and use data to create strategies and answer business questions.
Your Day-to-Day
- Opportunity mining via actionable insights to improve Product KPIs.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in the SMB sector.
- Interpret and communicate insights to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SMB cadences.
What You Need to Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, etc.).
- Experience in data/decision science and data-mining.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with senior leaders.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills at all organization levels.
- Proficiency in SQL & Python/SAS (optional).
