Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Software Analyst to join our IoT CRT development team. You will help resolve customer incidents, fix bugs, and make improvements in our IoT products. You will work closely with various teams such as TS (Technical Support), PM (Product Management), TPM (Technical Project Management), QA (Quality Assurance), and NPD (New Product Development) to resolve issues efficiently.
Your Role
As part of the IoT CRT team, your primary role will be to help customers by fixing issues and ensuring our IoT products perform smoothly. You will interact with different teams to understand issues, reproduce them, and resolve them to meet the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Your Impact
The main goal of the CRT team is to ensure customer success when they use PTC’s IoT products. When customers face issues, the CRT team steps in to provide direct support, resolving issues within the agreed time frame and improving customer satisfaction.
Your Team
You will be part of the IoT CRT development team, which is responsible for supporting and fixing customer issues in IoT products.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work with TS, TPM, and PM to reproduce customer issues and understand the functionality of products.
- Prioritize bugs, incidents, and improvements.
- Fix issues and submit resolutions in a timely manner.
- Engage in conversations with customers to reproduce issues and offer solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong technical skills in Core Java, JavaScript, Databases, Debugging tools, and IDEs.
- Excellent problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
- Ability to drive quick resolutions for customer issues.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Product Deployment via Docker and DevOps tools (a plus).
