Responsibilities
- Learn all the key steps of test development for the production release of new products, including generating test plans, designing test hardware and software.
- Work with people from different function groups to solely manage assigned projects, supported by mentorship.
- Support engineering evaluation and investigation projects.
- Coordinate engineering teams to solve testing-related issues.
- Perform data collection and analysis to support engineering evaluation/investigation projects, including documenting and publishing summary reports in PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- BSEE or MSEE degree.
- Proficient in analyzing electrical circuits.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor device working theory.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with statistical data analysis using Excel.
- Comfortable working with and learning new bench instruments.
- Basic programming skills in C, C++, or VBA.
- Quick learner of processes, new technical knowledge, and skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Team player with a strong sense of driving to meet project schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office™ products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
