Job Description
This position involves identifying and preventing application fraud during the processing of SBI Card applications within the required process SLA and TAT, while adhering to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prevent application fraud during SBI Card application processing in line with company policies and required SLAs and TATs.
- Work on Fraud Prevention Process with flexible shift timings (24*7) based on business needs and adherence to the team roster.
- Be a team player and adapt to contribute as per business requirements.
- Evaluate KYC/Income documents and applicant profiles to detect suspected fraud according to standard operating procedures.
- Contact customers (when necessary) to validate information provided in the application and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with Fraud Control Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, Customer Contact policies, and the organization's code of conduct.
- Meet assigned SLA, TAT, and audit metrics.
- Strive to increase fraud detection rates and promptly report fraud trends to management.
Qualifications
- Graduate with good command of written and spoken English.
- Working knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner of new systems and technology.
- Experience in the credit card industry and KYC knowledge/Fraud Prevention techniques will be an added advantage.
