Position Overview & Responsibilities
As a Manual Tester Intern, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of CometChat's software solutions. Your main tasks will include:
- Writing and executing test cases for APIs, SDKs, and UI Kits.
- Performing thorough testing to meet high-quality standards before software releases.
- Documenting and maintaining test cases to ensure traceability.
- Reproducing client-reported bugs and collaborating with the development team on solutions.
- Retesting bugs and validating fixes before release.
Key Skills & Experience You'll Gain
- API and SDK Testing: Hands-on testing experience with real-time communication tools.
- Bug Tracking: Learn effective methods to identify, reproduce, and document bugs.
- Collaborative Debugging: Work with experienced developers on debugging and problem-solving.
