Key Responsibilities

• Generating Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Design Engineering Service Line – Automation and Fire.
• Handling the creation and maintenance of accurate BOM for Design Engineering Service Line.
• Updating BOM with accurate information about materials – both Siemens and third-party.
• Collaborating with the Operational team and interacting with different stakeholders.
• Utilizing Smart Infrastructure Parts to gather common materials or pricing.
• Associating quotes to line items in SAP.
• Inserting and updating any Sourcing Approval Forms (SAF) created by the Design Engineer.
• Collaborating with TL’s for any prioritization of BOM requests.
• Creating re-estimates for the Design Engineer.
• Automation Tasks: Running DT to SAP BOM transfer, inserting any missing/third-party materials.
• Fire Tasks: Entering material in SAP per the fire deviation report and final as designed, inserting any missing/third-party materials, adjusting the as sold.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Diversity Candidates Preferred.
• SAP know-how.
• Self-determination, learning, communication skills, network built on trust, team player, customer focus, professional ethics, Siemens values.
• Good interpersonal communication, proactive, self-motivated and motivating, result-oriented, good oral and written communication.
• Good understanding of commercial terms.
• Ability to liaise and coordinate well with colleagues.
• Ability to work as an individual and team contributor.
