Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for HR systems.
• Perform systems analysis and design for new HR initiatives.
• Configure applications for HR programs and processes.
• Integrate local business processes with global standards.
• Lead or participate in data analysis, testing, and training sessions.
• Conduct business process re-engineering and provide application integration.
• Work closely with technical resources to create functional design and integration specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of IT experience.
• Experience as a Workday Technical Analyst or willingness to work with other HR software.
• Basic knowledge of Java, J2EE, XML, XPath, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with web services (SOAP, WSDL) and schema relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support global users across various time zones.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
