What You’ll Do
- Provide design support for New Product Development and current product engineering related projects for Torque Control Products.
- Work closely with technical lead to provide timely support and ensure deliverables in line with project schedule.
- Support design activities from concept to launch of the product in coordination with internal stakeholders like test lab, manufacturing, and project management.
- Prepare packaging layouts, design concepts in 3D drafting tools (Creo) for current product engineering and NPI projects.
- Perform assembly stack-up & tolerance stack up analysis to optimize design.
- Demonstrate and leverage knowledge on engineering fundamentals and analytical skills to approach problems.
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech 2023 graduates in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-1 year of experience, with a good understanding of automotive powertrain and mechanical domain.
- Knowledge of various components like differentials, gears, bearings, and manufacturing processes.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience with GD&T and working in Enovia environment is a plus.
