Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle HCM solutions to meet the business needs.
• Customize and configure Oracle HCM modules according to client requirements.
• Work closely with clients to understand their HCM needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM.
• Provide support and training to users on Oracle HCM functionalities.
• Document HCM processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate Oracle HCM with other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-4 Years of experience with Oracle HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
