Job Description

About The Role: As an Associate Engineer, you will assist our support team by providing comprehensive documentation and insightful metrics. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system manuals and user guides.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system designs and processes.
• Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics.
• Support the creation of dashboards and reports to provide visibility into system performance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of documentation and metrics standards.
• Respond to documentation-related queries and provide assistance to team members.
• Organize and manage priorities to meet all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related or equivalent field.
• 0-1 years entry-level experience; university graduates welcome.
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Experience in technical writing or analyst roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT and software development processes is a plus.
