Job Description
About The Role: As part of the Corporate Finance Business Services team, you will support billing, collections, and accounts receivables for various divisions of S&P Global, ensuring top-notch customer service and alignment with sales policies.
Grade Level: 05
Key Responsibilities
Client Financial Relations/Collections
- Collect outstanding receivables through calls and communications with clients
- Enforce policies related to collections and payment processing
- Provide timely customer service for refunds, payment discrepancies, and tax forms
- Monitor and reconcile accounts, solving issues with Sales, Order Management, and Client Services
- Train new apprentices and perform other related tasks
Order Management/Billing
- Process and review quotes to ensure compliance with operational guidelines
- Review quotes in CRM systems like Salesforce for accurate invoicing
- Understand and use core billing systems (Zuora, Oracle Cloud, SAP, Salesforce CPQ)
- Report trends impacting SLA and fulfill audit requirements
- Perform other related tasks as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Freshers only)
- Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Billing is a plus but not required
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
