Job Description
Enverus delivers important insights to the energy, power, and commodities markets. Their Market Research team is a division focused on research, consulting, and publishing one of the leading databases for the Oil and Gas industry.
Enverus products, including the Global M&A Database, are used by many companies such as major oil firms, independent companies, banks, and consulting firms. These products are often referenced by top news publishers like the Financial Times, Reuters, and Wall Street Journal.
The company is looking for Business Analysts to join their team. They have experts in analysis, consulting, and programming, who together help build top products and services. Their knowledge of global and local markets is strong due to their diverse staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Full cycle business analysis including industry-specific data research, high-end analytics, and financial models.
- Identify mergers and acquisitions in sectors like exploration and production, oilfield services, midstream, and refining.
- Create summary notes on transactions and provide detailed analysis.
- Analyze oil and gas assets globally, including reserves, production, and financial forecasts.
- Create benchmarks for oil plays around the world.
Desired Qualifications
- High energy, determination, and strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus but not required.
- Good understanding of business math and financial analysis.
- Fluency in English and a major Indian language.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end analytics, data research, and presentations.
- An advanced degree in Math or Economics is a bonus.
