Roles & Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Technical Sales at Schwing Stetter India Private Limited, you will have a variety of roles and responsibilities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in generating revenue and increasing market share by promoting our products and services to potential customers. This will involve identifying potential customers, conducting product presentations, and providing technical support to customers and the sales team.
In addition, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, assisting in the development of sales strategies, and participating in sales and marketing events and activities. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field, helping to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in engineering or a related field is required, as well as a passion for sales and customer service.
