Primary Design (Bachelor's in Electrical)
- Preparation of GIS Substation Single Line Diagram, 3D Model, layouts, sections, and detailed erection drawings based on customer specifications.
- Prepare Bill of Material for tenders or projects.
- Finalize Civil Input Requirements, Earthing & Cable Tray Layout.
- Verify technical data sheets of primary equipment.
- Deliver optimized designs on time with standard quality for AIS, GIS, Hybrid, and special purpose substations.
Secondary Design (Bachelor's in Electrical)
- Preparation of LCC schematics for High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (66 kV and above).
- Prepare schematics for GIS CB / Disconnector / Earthing switches and other equipment.
- AC / DC Load calculation and preparation of interlocking tables.
Sales and Tendering (Bachelor's in Electrical)
- Prepare timely and comprehensive offers for Gas Insulated Switchgear RFQs.
- Collaborate with sales support to offer solutions to customers.
- Review and analyze offers to identify technical deviations and clarifications.
Mechanical Design (Bachelor's in Mechanical)
- 3D modeling of high voltage equipment such as Surge Arresters, Capacitor Banks, etc.
- Generate Bill of Material and review drawings before submission to customers.
Steel Structure Design (Bachelor's in Civil)
- Preparation of Tekla model, GA drawings, and Fabrication drawings of Steel Support Structures for Gas Insulated Switchgears.
- Prepare project-specific Civil plans.
Software Engineer
- Develop tools with Zuken E3 API to meet engineering needs.
- Proficiency in VB .Net, C# 9.0, .NET Framework 5+, SQL Server, MVC patterns.
Required Skillset
- Relevant educational background (BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer Science, or Information Technology).
- Experience of 6 months to 4 years in the energy or related industry.
- Strong communication skills and relevant product experience are added advantages.
