Key Responsibilities

• Perform low to mid-complex keying activities on images of checks, invoices, and paystubs.
• Key and validate payee information, balance report totals, and MICR information.
• Meet service level agreements as defined by the business.
• Work in a team environment with a focus on high-speed and accurate data entry.
• Use multiple online systems and resources to resolve customer/client requests.
• Prepare, edit, distribute, and correct complex documents under general supervision.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Commerce, or any other discipline.
• 0-1 year experience in banking/financial services.
• Alphanumeric data entry experience with accuracy >= 98%.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work in US operational hours (night shifts in India).
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
