Job Description

As a Product Support Engineer, you will:

• Duplicate and troubleshoot product and technical issues faced by clients.
• Develop in-depth product expertise to provide solutions for product issues.
• Take ownership of technical issues, understand customer requirements, and work within escalation processes to resolve advanced issues.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MySQL, familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience Required: 0-2 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
