Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations on front-end applications
• Capture information and apply fix tools
• Shadow end users and test workflows
• Use backend techniques such as capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers
• Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles
• Prioritize work based on severity
• Collaborate among and cross teams

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 0-2 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management
• Knowledge of SQL
• Readiness to work during the shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities and adept at efficient communication with collaborators across various regions
• Prospective employees need to be ready to work in different shifts and provide on-call support
