About Transaction Banking
Transaction Banking aspires to be a leading provider of digitally enabled working capital and transaction banking services to our chosen client segments and geographies. The team complements lending through the provision of Payment, Cash Management, and Trade solutions to Corporate & Institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Strategy & Insights team in delivering data-driven insights across several analytical capabilities including Pricing/Market Analysis, Financial Modelling, and Risk/Reward Analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and manage reporting analytics, dashboards, and other solutions using tools like Tableau and AWS/Hadoop platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Run analytics and reporting for the Market & Customer Insights product within Barclaycard Payments and Transaction Banking.
- Provide support to senior leadership teams to create powerful presentations using MS tools and Tableau.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data manipulation, financial modeling, and risk analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
