Job Description
About The Role: Responsible for completing assignments and learnings assigned by the manager, ensuring weekly learning goals are met, and developing an understanding of various tools used within the area. The role includes reviewing accessibility testing processes, participating in cross-functional team discussions, agile ceremonies, and preparing weekly reports of learnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assignments and learnings assigned by the manager
- Ensure weekly learning goals are met
- Develop an understanding of various tools used within the area and suggest improvements
- Review accessibility testing processes and provide input
- Participate in cross-functional team discussions and provide input
- Participate in agile ceremonies
- Develop an understanding of SDLC and release process walkthrough
- Develop an understanding of business within the area of operation
- Prepare weekly report of learnings
Qualifications
- Understanding of Accessibility Testing (WCAG 2.1)
- Knowledge in Web Development (HTML, CSS, ARIA, JavaScript, SQL, PHP, React JS, Angular JS)
- Experience with screen readers (JAWS, TalkBack, NVDA)
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner
- Structured and organized approach
- Experience with Python programming
